as the Philippine Government, regarding this arrangement of on the job
training scheme. However on the condition that after the six months
training period is over, and the same is proven to be competent by the
hiring company/ies said applicant will be recommended to become a
regular employee and will start immediately to work and receive all
the benefits of a regular employee. But If proven otherwise and the
same is not qualified after the maximum period of six months the same
has the option to extend more (O. J. T. time) or go home for the
good of both parties concern. Without obligation separation pay,
pension etc, from the Hiring company/ies
